Review: YSL Youth Liberator Serum Foundation
Today I would like to review the Youth Liberator Serum Foundation by Yves Saint Laurent. A mouthful of words. What does Yves Saint Laurent says about this foundation?

What do I think of this foundation? I find the YSL Youth Liberator Serum Foundation (Youth Liberator) very easy to apply. The formula is very liquid without running of your hands. Most of the times I take to much foundation out of the flacon, which has a very handy pump, 2 little pumps is enough for my whole face.
The coverage is medium, and buildable. If you apply a little layer, the redness in your face will dissappear and the foundation will leave an equal looking skin. If your skin has got more problem areas than mine, you can build up the foundation, but you might need to use a concealer afterwards.
The finish of the Youth Liberator is very pretty. I’ve got a dry skin, with a few oily bits around my nose and chin. The Youth Liberator leaves a semi-dewy finish, without looking oily. I don’t need to powder off my face afterwards, something that I really like. If your skin is oily, I’m not sure this is the foundation for you.
The Youth Liberator stays on my face during the whole day. Especially since I started to use it in combination with the GoodSkin Labs Z-pore Primer.
Overall I think this is a really good foundation, that I like to wear everyday. When I got a special event, I can build up the coverage easily, during a ‘normal’ day a little bit of this foundation goes a long way.
What I also think is great, is the amount of nuturing ingredients that take care of my skin, a nice bonus!
The only thing you need to consider is the price: €58/$69. This is a heavy pricetag for a foundation, but I think it’s worth it.
